At by charlotte, we want you to be completely in love with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized postal service location or drop-off point.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
